Process Deadline
•✧•✦The deadline is 1 to 2 months.✦I usually finish earlier, the time frame i set considers things like my mental health, university, art block, unexpected issues, or illness (life happens, and I prefer to be cautious).•✧•✦If i take more time that i espect, I’ll always let you know in advance.•✧•
•✧•✦If you need the piece by a specific date, please ask about my availability first. I can't guarantee exact deadlines due to my personal schedule.•✧•✦Please don’t pressure me for updates or ask when I’ll start — I promise I’ll notify you once I begin, and you’ll get a WIP soon as it’s ready.•✧•
PAY Method
•✧•✦Full payment is required upfront before I start working on your commission.✦No refunds•✧•* Pay options:
✦USD: PayPal, DolarApp (preferred to avoid PayPal fees)ARS: MercadoPago, Transfer, CVU, Alias.✦Prices are listed in both USD and ARS, and may vary slightly depending on exchange rates.•✧•
•✧•✦Once we agree with the details, I’ll send you my PayPal link or the method we previously talk (this is method i feel more comfortable to do).•✧•✦After payment is received. Just wait till i give you a WIP.•✧•✦If I personally decide to cancel the commission, I will issue a full refund — but this is at my judgement.•✧•
Usage Rights
•✧•✦You must credit me when sharing the artwork online or in any public space.•✧•
✦My signature must NOT be removed or edited in any way.✦You may use the artwork for personal use only (icon, profile pic, edits, etc.)•✧•✦You may NOT resell, or use the artwork on commercial products (stickers, shirts, etc.) without my explicit permission.•✧•✦If you'd like to use the art for commercial purposes, we must discuss and agree on an additional fee.•✧•
Strictly prohibited:
✦Feeding my art into AI
✦Using my work for NFTs
✦Using the artwork in paid content without my consent
✦Reselling the artwork without prior agreement
Artist Rights
•✧•✦I have all copyrights to the artwork — you may not claim of your own.•✧•✦If I feel uncomfortable with a commission at any point, I reserve the right to cancel it before payment.•✧•✦I have the right to post the final artwork on my social media or include it in my portfolio.•✧•✦I may update or change these terms at any time as I see fit.•✧•
Personal Time and healt
•✧•Thank you so much for your patience and for respecting my creative process. Sometimes things take a little longer than expected, but I’ll always keep you informed if any delays come up.My art is a reflection of my effort. I put love into each piece and treat every character and OC as if they were my own — I know how important they are to you.To this day, all my commissions have been successfully completed with happy clients and no complaints.That said, I value transparency: there have only been two instances where I delivered a bit late due to personal reasons. I stayed in contact with both clients, and they were incredibly kind and understanding — both were very happy with the final result <3✦If you have any questions or suggestions, I’m always open to listen and improve my service. In this world full of internet noise, AI, and difficult people, I want to keep my space safe for both myself and fellow art lovers — a place where we can enjoy creativity and healing <3•✧•
